PHS-510 Boiler Water Deaerator

PHS-510 is a boiler water deaerator suitable for low to medium-pressure boilers (up to 600 PSI), particularly effective when feedwater temperatures are at ambient levels. This compound formulation includes sulfite and special organic catalysts that enable rapid oxygen removal at any temperature, achieving 100% deaeration efficiency to prevent boiler corrosion caused by dissolved oxygen.
PHS-510 solution should be kept in a dosing tank equipped with a movable lid to prevent exposure to atmospheric oxygen. It is typically added continuously with a metering pump into the pipeline after the deaeration tower or before the feedwater pump (the metering pump's power can be synchronized with the feedwater pump's power).
