RO Membrane Antiscalant PHS-810

PHS-810 is a high-performance liquid antiscalant for reverse osmosis membranes, designed to prevent scaling caused by carbonate, sulfate, and iron oxide in membrane separation systems.
Using this antiscalant extends the cleaning cycle of the system, thereby prolonging membrane life and reducing costs.
PHS-810 is best added continuously with a metering pump before the Mixer or Cartridge Filter Housing.
The dosage depends on factors such as feed water salinity, temperature, recovery rate, membrane type, etc. Our engineering team will recommend the optimal dosage based on your system's characteristics to ensure the effective performance of the product and maintain system cleanliness.
Product Characteristics-
Effectively controls scaling by calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, and strontium sulfate, with an LSI (Langlier Saturation Index) up to +2.5 without causing scaling

Compatible with all major R.O. membranes

Maintains clean membrane surfaces by dispersing and blocking particulates

Effective pH range from 5 to 9 for incoming water

Can be used directly or diluted

Suitable for feed water containing aluminum and iron oxide

Precautions-
PHS-810 is non-flammable, non-explosive, slightly acidic, and should be rinsed off skin or eyes with plenty of clean water upon contact.
