PHS-550 Boiler Water Deaerator

PHS-550 is a boiler water deaerator primarily composed of phosphates, dispersants, defoamers, and deoxygenating agents. It effectively prevents both scale deposition and oxygen pitting corrosion in boiler water systems operating at low to medium pressures (less than 25 kg/cm2), without a condensate water recovery system.
PHS-550 can be added either as a concentrate or after dilution. It is recommended to parallel inject it using a metering pump with the feedwater pump, ideally upstream of the feedwater pump in the pipeline. The dosage should be tailored by our technical engineers based on your system's characteristics to ensure optimal effectiveness of the product.
